Like most children of the 70’s, Star Wars changed my life. When my father introduced me to Dungeons & Dragons, naturally I made a magic-user named Luke. From then on, I immersed myself in alternate worlds – from Heinlein to Dragonlance to the Iliad.
This eventually led to my addiction to “cardboard crack” (a.k.a. Magic the Gathering) and later World of Warcraft (those gurgling murlocks still haunt my dreams).
Inspired by a friend’s success publishing a board game on Kickstarter, I departed the world of Azeroth and dove into the world of board games: playing, painting, and even creating scenarios.
